From concept to completion - for an 800 sqm section in seaside Milford we designed three modern, functional units to replace the single dwelling on the site; two 4-bedroom units with double garage and one 3-bedroom unit with a single garage. A very interesting project with a challenging site for development including all three dwellings being a metre off the ground due to being located in a flood plain; hence the elevated garaging and unique appearance.
